Rose Business Solutions Announces Customer Advisory Board
SAN DIEGO: March 18, 2004 – The
customer is a business’s most important relationship
and taking the time to listen and understand customers’ unique
requirements must be its number one priority.
Rose Business Solutions, a leading

today announced the formation of a customer advisory
board (CAB) that represents
a broad cross-section of its customer base to provide direct feedback and shape
the way customers are serviced. As Rose Business Solutions continues to grow
in both its product and service offerings, the CAB will provide a critical
link with ever-changing customer requirements.

efficiently present new ideas, garner immediate feedback,
and get the customer’s perspective on our performance,” said

board will ultimately tailor our decisions, processes, and service implementations

The inaugural customer advisory board includes representatives of: Websense,
Inc, Accredited Home Lenders, Inc, La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club, Healthline
Systems, Inc., Optimum Health, Rokenbok Toy Company and Means Engineering.
As part of their one-year term,
each member’s duties include attending
all quarterly meetings and user groups and participating in the Rose Business
Solutions Annual Customer Conference.
