ROSE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS EXPANDS INTO LOS ANGELES WITH ACQUISITION OF CREATIVESOFT
Acquires Business Solutions Provider
SAN DIEGO ; June 28, 2004 – Rose Business Solutions, a leading business systems provider headquartered in San Diego, has acquired competitor CreativeSoft, Inc. of Los Angeles, solidifying its presence in the Los Angeles market and establishing it as Southern California’s largest value-added reseller of Microsoft Business Solutions.
Effective July 1, the employees at CreativeSoft’s office in Woodland Hills will become employees of Rose Business Solutions, including founders Marla and David Greenman, who will continue to manage the L.A. consulting and technology operations. CreativeSoft’s client roster of 100 small to mid-sized businesses, including 1-800 Dentist and toymaker Uncle Milton Industries, will join the dozen L.A.-based clients of Rose Business Solutions, including Discount Tires, Gold Circle Films, and Great Circle Family Foods, the Southern California Krispy Kreme franchisee.
