MICROSOFT PICKS ROSE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS FOR ITS FIRST ‘BEST PRACTICES’ AWARD
Award recognizes a an exemplary Microsoft partner in the Southern California region
SAN DIEGO; June 22, 2004 – Rose Business Solutions, Southern California’s largest systems integrator specializing in Microsoft Business Solutions, has been selected as the first recipient of the Best Practices Award, given to one Microsoft partner in Southern California that exemplifies industry best practices in customer service and market responsiveness.
Rose Business Solutions was honored for proactively soliciting the feedback and involvement of its customers by establishing a customer advisory board in April of this year.

The Rose Business Solutions customer advisory board includes representatives of: Websense, Inc.; Accredited Home Lenders, Inc.; La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club; Healthline Systems, Inc.; Optimum Health Institute; Rokenbok Toy Company; and Means Engineering.
As part of their one-year term, each advisory board member attends quarterly meetings and user group sessions and participates in the Rose Business Solutions Annual Customer Conference. The company works with the board to present new ideas, get immediate first-hand customer feedback, identify performance issues, and plan to meet future customer needs for services, products, or personnel.
