CUSTOMER SATISFACTION MANAGER
San Diego;
December 28, 2004 – Rose

the position of Customer Satisfaction Manager. As
the recipient of the Microsoft Business Solutions

customers in its portfolio, Rose Business Solutions
believes that a dedicated individual is key to
the constant communication that is needed between
customers and vendors. Customers should feel as though

the Customer Satisfaction Manager will track and
announce customer satisfaction surveys, manage the
Technical Support desk and manage escalated customer
needs.

Manager.
