CustomerSource - With your Microsoft Business Solutions Service Plan, you have access to Automated Fixes, a feature of their electronic support site for customers. Automated Fixes make it easy to solve common support issues with a click of a mouse 7x24, or you can easily email our support staff at (support@rosebizinc.com) Rose Business Solutions, and we will begin working on your support request.

All support calls whether they are handled on-site, over the telephone, or via email are logged into our Customer database for future reference and tracking. Our service infrastructure is designed to provide our customers with fast response times, reliability, and flexibility in servicing their support needs.
